Sarah was referred to us by our daughter. We met Sarah at a gallery where she helped our daughter with her interior ideas for a new home. Since Sarah is experienced in the Gig Harbor area where we hoped to buy a property, we asked her to be our agent. We found her to be the right choice. While we were out of town, Sarah knew timing was of the utmost importance. She confidently and aggressively managed her tasks in obtaining a property we wanted which exceeded our expectations. She knew what she was doing and communicated in a way that we could understand each step of the way. Her convincing skills, her communication abilities and her insights regarding the property were remarkable. And before we bought it, we had the help of an experienced contractor through Sarah’s referral to make sure all repairs would be made to our bank’s approval. She continued to work with the seller on water pump and septic tank issues and me on providing names of future vendors.
When the opportunity arises, Sarah continues to send us properties listed. She handled this with grace, patience and with sweet disposition. We could not have asked for a better agent.

When I unexpectedly found myself in the market to buy a house, alone, I didn't know what I was doing.
I was very fortunate to find Sarah through a referral. Sarah was very patient with me, explaining everything, sometimes repeatedly. Her knowledge and experience was so valuable to me. Sarah skillfully negotiated the price down 10k when we found work hadn't been completed as stated, several thousand more than I thought was possible. I love my house and I hope I never have to buy another, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.
